The number of times I have dined here is uncountable. I have had great service and not so great service. The food is always the same, served hot and not having to wait very long. I just wish they would serve the prime rib everyday and not just Sundays. The desserts have gotten better and the food portions are about average. I will continue to dine at this location.

2nd visit was about the same as the first. I ordered a southwestern wedge salad. It was fine except that it did not have the tortilla strips. The server did not return in enough time for me to request more dressing. Just not good

Excellent-- try the artichoke & spinach dip. It's too die for. Great service, & hardworking people. :)

It's been a few years since we've been here and will probably be quite a few more before we go back. Is it rocket science to get a salad before an entrée? How about utensils before or with your food? No crowd on a Saturday night should've been our first clue. Food was good, but not great.

This used to be a good place to eat. Now the food is poor quality. The service is ok at best. I ate Father's Day dinner without anything to drink after asking for water 3 times. The last 3 times eating at this location something as been wrong with my food, 2 times the service was bad. I'm not that picky about service or food because anyone can have a bad day. But 3 times in a row. This location used to have waiting lines on Saturday nights, now the place isn't even filled. That's something to say about the manger. Get a grip O'Charley's

Let me start off by saying that my southern fried chicken sandwich was absolutely delightful. A perfectly cooked lightly fried chicken breast topped with a very creamy white cheddar, bacon, crisp garlic flavored pickles and a spiced mayo layered between a fresh ciabatta roll. It screamed with flavor throughout every bite, and I could find no fault in it except the fact that it was disappearing from my plate. The service on the other hand was terrible. We didn't receive our dinner rolls until half way done with the meal, receiving only two rolls that looked sad in the big basket they came in. The server was polite but slow, and messed up my drink order twice. I opted to keep the second drink out of frustration. The manager came by to check on us which was nice, but I noticed an instant change in service when he realized I was writing a review at the table, so I have to negate the rest of our service experience because of it. Overall good food is the only reason this place received 3 stars.

We asked the manager (David) at the Comfort Suites where to go for a good meal, he said he goes to O'Charley's for steak. Ok, we listened, but skeptical. Unbelievable 9 oz top Sirloin with fresh tossed salad and bacon smashed (real) potatoes ($13.99). Cooked perfectly tender and tasty. Wife had Shrimp with grits, she never had anything like it (great). Carolyn our waitress was perky, helpful and funny, a former Cheesehead, we're from Chicago. We had a delicious Cabernet with dinner and Suprise, we were there on Wed. so we each get a free piece of homemade pie! Again, unbelievable, best homemade peach pie ever had, seriously. Don't miss this place if you're near Memphis!! Also reasonably priced! We will definitely be back next trip and so will everyone I talk to.

Sunday brunch is a must! Waitress was actually good. Respectful and kidding a little when appropriate. food w as good, as ordered and delivered in reasonable time. Seems to be under new management or the manager maybe got it together? Took a MAJOR nosedive there for a little bit but has really come together nicely. 5 stars, this is huge compared to a year ago.

We went to the o'charleys for dinner on a Friday evening and sat in the bar area. Ordered the prime rib, which was fantastic. Our waitress was excellent and on top of things. The only mishap we had was my brother's order came out late after mine in which only consisted on a slice of cherry pie and an appetizer, which came out after the pie. I can only assume they forgot about it until he asked about the appetizer.

Great food WHEN you can get it. Terrible service. 3 out of 4 visits it took 10+ mins for a waiter see come get our drink order! Last visit (and we will never go back) it took 25 mins for the waitress to come to our table. Before this, we watched multiple servers walk past and question each other on whose table we were. No one was concerned enough to actually find out who. When they finally argued amongst themselves in front of us on whose table we were, a young girl approached us and said "I didn't know y'all was my table" "what can I get you to drink?" I told her you know what we are just going to leave. She said "are you sure?" No apologies from her or from the other waiters that were staring at all this unfold. A manager actually made rounds to other tables in our area and skipped our table. This was before we were approached by our waitress. We left and told the hostess that we never got taken care of and she did apologize. We should have gotten the manager but, we got the impression from his rounds to check on other customers that he wasn't interested in our visit. We will make the drive to Collierville or Southaven next time and see if they are better.

We were greeted by a cheerful hostess and seated quickly. No waiting at 6:00 on Saturday night. That was a nice surprise. Our waitress we very friendly and QUICK. The food came out of the kitchen in record time. Our waitress explained they had been slow all day and the kitchen was itchin' to get some food out. We started with Fried Pickles. Delicious! I do love good fried pickles. Only issue was there was one friend shrimp mixed in with the pickles. That wasn't a problem for us (I ordered Fish & Shrimp), but those with shellfish allergies should be on the lookout for rogue shrimp. My Fish and Shrimp were great. A lot of fried food tonight, but it was all very well done. I'm not one to rave about tartar sauce, but their's is great. I'd also recommend the steaks here. They are always well seasoned and cooked to perfection. At this O'Charley's you can always count on a manager (or two or three), in addition to your server, stopping by to make sure everything is alright. It's nice that they care... but it can get a little annoying to be asked how you are doing after every bite. The ONLY reason O'Charley's is only getting 4 stars tonight is dirty silverware. You can't have crud from a previous customer caked on the silverware and expect 5 stars. Our server apologized right away, but still... Dirty silverware shouldn't make it past a dishwasher AND another person wrapping it in a napkin.

I wish I could comment on the quality of the food and the famous rolls here, but sadly, my partner and I never got to try them. First we walked in and it took them about three minutes to figure out if there was a free table for two - I could see that there were several upon entering. Then, when we were lead to a table, we requested the empty booth across from it and were asked to wait for them to wipe it down. Somehow, this took another three minutes as we stood there, and when someone did return, they wiped the wrong table. We sat at it anyway and waited for someone to take our drink order FINALLY - but this simply never took place. Hungry and irritated, we just got up and strode right past the employees (who looked rather unsurprised) to the door. Something about the entire experience just seemed ridiculously disrespectful. Possibly intentional - I mean, it was nowhere near crowded to cause such service. Regardless, we won't be returning.

We visit O'Charley's in OB about three times a month. We ALWAYS sit in the bar- it's great! Tonight it was busy so we sat at a normal table :( service was terrible! That said, the kitchen is always on the ball - everything we've ordered tasted exactly as the menu said it should. So, go and sit at the bar. Just, please - don't steal my table. If the bar is ever full again, I'm leaving.

For some reason, the GPS on the phone did not find this spot. We had a hard time getting here. The service was just okay. The food - delicious! I LOVE the rolls. I had the prime rib pasta dish and it was delicious.
